YX-6Z Monocystal Silicon Stick Conglutination Station:
Purpose: This conglutination station is mainly used for conglutinate monocystal silicon stick, which is matching with YX-5D/5DA, YX-6D/6DA crystal direction finder and multi-line cutting machine manufactured by our corporation with the specification of using conveniently and high sticking accuracy. After calculating deflexion angle of X, Y by direction finder, this machine can conglutinate the crystal stick according to the deflexion angle before using with multi-line cutting machine.
Configuration: By adopting special designed directly reading coder and high accuracy digital meter, mechanical transmission error is reduced while measurement accuracy is improved. Several crystal sticks with the dimension of 3-12 inch diameter, 500mm length, can be conglutinated to the same material plate in one time. Double axes coder connecting with digital meter (display accuracy 0.001o) which is made in Germany shows the data of axes X and Y. Crystal fastening and lifting device is integrated as well as digital weight meter to measure the weight of crystal stick, which can help to get the best value for crystal stick matching with the material plate.
